Position – Research Manager
R-Insights Research Company is looking for Research managers to lead the research teams and deliver strategic insights.
Schedule – Full time
Main responsibilities
1. Coordination of marketing and social research projects, in particular:
- Scheduling and coordination of research projects according to confirmed timelines and established procedures
- Training of interviewers, data quality control specialists and other project team members
- Prepare terms of reference and objectives for analytics team in line with research project briefs
- Review and confirmation of analytical outputs from analytics team
- Submission of progress reports to the Company management
2. Communications with partners, in particular:
- Assessing the research needs and business objectives of partners
- Preparation of research briefs and proposals based on the needs of partners
- Submission of progress reports to partners
- Presentation of research insights and findings
3. Analytical reports, including recommendations and consultancy informed by research findings
Required qualifications and personal characteristics
- Higher education and/or certification in the field of Sociology, Statistics, Research, Marketing, Economics and Project management
- Substantial knowledge of research methodologies
- At least 3 years of experience in managing projects and teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and management skills, ability to inspire teams to achieve challenging targets
- Excellent communications and time management skills
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, PPT software. Familiarity of SPSS will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Strong focus on quality of intermediate and final outputs
- Proactivity, willingness to practice countinuous self-development, learning and innovations
