Research specialist
R-Insights Research Company is looking for Research Specialists to provide expertize throughout the full cycle of research projects.
Schedule- Full time
Main responsibilities
• Marketing and social research methodology design, including data collection methods and sample design to address defined goals and objectives of research projects
• Continous review of international developments and quality standards in research industry worldwide
• Data collection tool design, pilot testing and finalization
• Support in programming electronic questionnaires for CATI, CAPI and CAWI
• Usability testing and recommendations for improving electronic questionnaires
• Data coding framework design, pilot testing and data coding supervision
• Design of data quality control checklists for every project
• Preparation of databases for data processing and analysis
• Support to analytics team in data processing and analysis
• Basic analytics of research data
• Research report writing and preparation of attractive visuals
• Presentation of research results to partners
Required qualifications and personal characteristics
• Higher education and/or certification in the field of Sociology, Research, Statistics, Marketing, Economics and other related fields
• Substantial knowledge of research methodologies
• At least one year of experience in implementing basic analytical tasks. Experience with multi-dimansional analysis and econometric models will be considered as advantage
• Good command of MS Excel, Word, PPT, SPSS
• Good command of Armenian, Russian and English
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Ability to perform effectively in teams
• Strong focus on quality of intermediate and final outputs
• Proactivity, willingness to practice countinuous self-development, learning and innovations
