Job description

Coordination of marketing and social research projects, in particular:

  •  Scheduling and coordination of research projects according to confirmed timeframes and established procedures
  •  Trainings of interviewers, data quality control specialists and other team members of projects
  •  Prepare terms of reference and objectives for analytics team in line with research project briefs
  •  Acceptance and confirmation of analytical outputs from analytics team 


Communications with partners, in particular:

  • Assess research needs and business objectives of partners
  • Preparation of research briefs and proposals based on needs of parners
  • Submission of progress reports to partners
  • Presentation of research insights and findings

Analytical reports, including recommendations and consultancy based on research findings

Submission of progress reports to the Director of the company

Required qualifications

  • Higher education and certification in the field of Sociology, Statistics, Research, Marketing, Economics and Project management
  • Substantial knowledge of research methodologies
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communications and time management skills
  • Good command of MS Excel, Word, PPT software. Familiarity of SPSS will considered as an advantage
  • Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
