Job description
Coordination of marketing and social research projects, in particular:
- Scheduling and coordination of research projects according to confirmed timeframes and established procedures
- Trainings of interviewers, data quality control specialists and other team members of projects
- Prepare terms of reference and objectives for analytics team in line with research project briefs
- Acceptance and confirmation of analytical outputs from analytics team
Communications with partners, in particular:
- Assess research needs and business objectives of partners
- Preparation of research briefs and proposals based on needs of parners
- Submission of progress reports to partners
- Presentation of research insights and findings
Analytical reports, including recommendations and consultancy based on research findings
Submission of progress reports to the Director of the company
Required qualifications
- Higher education and certification in the field of Sociology, Statistics, Research, Marketing, Economics and Project management
- Substantial knowledge of research methodologies
- At least 3 years of experience in managing projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Excellent communications and time management skills
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, PPT software. Familiarity of SPSS will considered as an advantage
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
